Robust French Style Revival Period pair of wrought iron interior/exterior entry doors that could also be used as storm doors. From the Marx Brothers residence in Detroit. Heavy foliate castings add elaborate detail to the curled iron shapes that are repeated in the ribbon and cartouche arched crest at the top of the set. The doors have been backed with glass (one is an acrylic replacement pane) to keep out the elements.
