Materials Unlimited is a three story 15,000 square foot showroom open to the public
10am -5pm EST, Tuesday through Saturday & Sundays from Noon to 5pm. We are closed on Mondays. We are between Huron Street and River Street on Michigan Ave in Downtown Ypsilanti, MI, right next to Riverside Park and the Huron River.

Detroit/Grosse
Point/ St. Claire Shores/Down River Get to I-94 heading West all the way
to exit #183, Huron Street/Downtown Ypsilanti exit. Turn Right (heading North) about
a mile to Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Michigan Avenue. We are on the left
side past the median (North side) on Michigan Avenue, the last building in the
first block alongside the Huron River.
North
Suburbs
Take 696 West to 275 South to Michigan Avenue. Turn right
onto Michigan Avenue (heading West). We are about 9 miles from 275 - follow the
route for "Business 12" otherwise you will end up on I-94 past Willow
Run Airport. Michigan Avenue and US-12 split- stay to the right and continue.
We are the first building just past the Honda dealership on the right hand side
(North side), right after the Huron River.
Brighton/Howell
Take 23 South to I-94 East. Exit at #183 the Huron
Street/Downtown Ypsilanti exit. Turn left, across the expressway overpass
(heading North) about a mile to Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Michigan
Avenue. We are on the left side past the median (North side) on Michigan
Avenue, the last building in the first block alongside the Huron River.

Arbor/Chelsea/Dexter
(Depending on what part of Ann
Arbor - you may need to take M-14 East to 23 South to get to I-94)Take I-94 East. Exit at #183 the Huron
